These sessions are designed for new federal contractors or organizations with personnel new to affirmative action compliance requirements.  This training session will offer the nuts and bolts of affirmative action obligations and plan components.

Learning objectives for this session (Part 2) include:

  • Discussion of the Internet Applicant Definition, disposition codes, and proper recordkeeping for applicants

  • Analysis of employment activity, such as hires, promotions, and terminations

  • Review of Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act, including the recordkeeping requirements and elements of the AAPs

  • VETS-4212 Reporting
