Amie Brunelle is a Senior Consultant with Outsolve where she advises clients in a broad range of industries throughout the US on compliance and enforcement issues involving the OFCCP. She helps clients in the preparation and management of their affirmative action programs, government reporting, and compensation analysis. She has 25 years of experience as a Human Resources professional, having supported employees and employers on a wide range of workplace issues. Promoting best practices and preventative strategies, Amie provides clients with comprehensive compliance support aimed at championing today’s affirmative action and diversity initiatives. Amie is an active member of the Rhode Island SHRM and New England Industry Liaison Group.

Join Rhonda Aubin-Smith, District Director, OFCCP-Boston, and members of the New England ILG (NEILG) to discuss how to team with regulators, community resources and employer peer-group resources to ‘Be the Beacon for Change’.  The panel will discuss individual company initiatives and the availability and utility of community programs to increase the workplace participation of historically marginalized groups.  The panel will discuss challenges and possibilities for developing the skill sets of potential applicants – not just identifying minority candidates, but working to ensure equal access by increasing skills to increase the likelihood of selection.
