Bill has been involved in the affirmative action/equal opportunity field for more than 30 years. He currently serves as a Principal Consultant for the Compliance & Workforce Analytics Team. He has extensive knowledge of the federal affirmative action laws and how these laws are being implemented and followed.  Bill is a former president of the southeastern Wisconsin SHRM chapter and current president of the Milwaukee Industry Liaison Group.
