Manager, Global HR Strategic Planning and Execution - Cardinal Health

Emily Bock has been with Cardinal Health since 2008. In her current role, she is responsible for the Cardinal Health Affirmative Action Program and the HR Control Framework. Emily earned her bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School.

Emily started her career with Cardinal Health in Treasury as a Risk Analyst. She also led the Leave of Absence and Employee Data Management teams in the HR Service Center. She also is the Co-Chair of WIN Dublin and is passionate about encouraging everyone to raise your hand and get involved with ERGs to enjoy the full benefit of what they have to offer.

Outside of her day job, Emily serves as Board Vice President for Disability IN: Ohio, a nonprofit focused on providing employers with valuable information and resources to support their disability inclusion initiatives through a robust peer network of business practitioners.
