IVY LATIMER is the Senior Director, Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action and Colleague Resource Groups, Strategic Diversity Management for CVS Health. Her responsibilities are to provide leadership and direction across the CVS Health Enterprise, including the Aetna Insurance Company, which is a subsidiary of CVS Health, in the areas of federal, state and local EEO/AA and employment legislation. CVS Health is the nation’s largest pharmacy innovation company with $256.6 billion in revenue and more than 300,000 colleagues worldwide.

Ivy serves as a company representative with compliance agencies and community groups. She also leads and implements the Strategic Diversity Management initiatives to include leading the company’s employee resource groups/networks called Colleague Resource Groups and supporting the company’s Social Justice & Equity commitments.

Ivy is a member and has served as the Co-Chair of the National Industry Liaison Group Board, which is the premier association supporting Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action. She is a frequent guest speaker in major conferences on the topic of Diversity, Pay Equity and EEO/AA Compliance.

In October 2011, Hispanic Business Magazine named Ivy as one of the Top 100 Influential Hispanics in business and she was featured in a Diversity advertorial published by the New York Times.

She holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Political Science and Economics from New York University, and a Master's of Science degree in Human Resource Management.
