Janice DuFresne is managing director and a founding principal of the WilmerHale HR Services practice.  She has over 20 years of broad human resources experience both within companies and then advising client companies in all areas of human resources consulting with a strong focus on affirmative action program development and implementation; OFCCP audit support; and compensation systems development, analysis and pay equity analysis working with WilmerHale attorneys.  With strong experience in affirmative action program development, Janice works with clients on AAP recruiting systems design, outreach program development, strategic job group structure, management training and overall affirmative action program management.

Join Rhonda Aubin-Smith, District Director, OFCCP-Boston, and members of the New England ILG (NEILG) to discuss how to team with regulators, community resources and employer peer-group resources to ‘Be the Beacon for Change’.  The panel will discuss individual company initiatives and the availability and utility of community programs to increase the workplace participation of historically marginalized groups.  The panel will discuss challenges and possibilities for developing the skill sets of potential applicants – not just identifying minority candidates, but working to ensure equal access by increasing skills to increase the likelihood of selection.
