Duane Morris

Jenna M. Decker has a broad employment practice centered on client service.  Her skills include counseling matters, workplace policy development, workplace trainings, investigations, agreement drafting, and litigation, including class and complex litigation.  Ms. Decker counsels clients on a diverse range of workplace issues, including leave and accommodation requests, discipline and performance management, investigation of employee complaints, noncompete and other restrictive covenants, workforce management, and reductions in force.
