Kevin Fitzpatrick is the EEO/AA Compliance Director – Employment Law Team at PepsiCo. He is an experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a demonstrated history of working in the food and beverages industry. He is skilled in Consumer Products, Sales, Pricing Strategy, Management, and Shopper Marketing. He is a strong finance professional with a Masters focused in Human Resource Education. Kevin is a member of the NILG Board representing the Southwest Region, served on the Board’s Executive Committee and Chaired the 2021 NILG National Conference. He is a member of the North Texas ILG.
