Mary Ann Rivers, AVP, EEO Compliance joined Wintrust in 2017 and is responsible for overseeing Wintrust’s affirmative action compliance for 15 bank charters and several lines of business.  Mary Ann joins Wintrust’s SVP and Chief Diversity Officer to meet diversity and inclusion strategies for business success.  Mary Ann has more than 20 years’ experience as a practitioner, and prior to joining Wintrust served two terms as an Employee Resource Group Chair. Mary Ann earned her BA in business from North Central College, as well as certificates in human resources and affirmative action compliance.  Mary Ann has served as a panel speaker for the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce and also serves as secretary to the Chicago Metro Industry Liaison Group.

We will review the items in the scheduling letter, highlight the areas that typically cause the most pain for contractors, and discuss potential solutions to ensure a smooth audit process. Attendees will learn ideas they can immediately implement including, but not limited to: 
• Data collection and maintenance 
• Appropriate documentation  
• Suggestions for personnel training 
• Review key data factors that can have a substantial impact on the analyses
