Mary Ann Rivers, AVP, EEO Compliance joined Wintrust in 2017 and is responsible for overseeing Wintrust’s affirmative action compliance for 15 bank charters and several lines of business. Mary Ann joins Wintrust’s SVP and Chief Diversity Officer to meet diversity and inclusion strategies for business success. Mary Ann has more than 20 years’ experience as a practitioner, and prior to joining Wintrust served two terms as an Employee Resource Group Chair. Mary Ann earned her BA in business from North Central College, as well as certificates in human resources and affirmative action compliance. Mary Ann has served as a panel speaker for the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce and also serves as secretary to the Chicago Metro Industry Liaison Group.
