Nancy Romanyshyn is the Director of Pay Strategy and Partner Success at Syndio. She helps organizations embed fairness in their Total Rewards programs. She provides expert guidance, insights, and education to Syndio's clients. Prior to Syndio, Nancy led the North America Fair Pay team at Willis Towers Watson, leading analyses testing compensation programs for fairness. She has 30 years of experience in compensation design and management, both in-house and consulting, as well as expertise in leadership communications related to Fair Pay and compensation programs.

Is the future of work remote, hybrid, or fully in the office? How do you navigate DEI&J with a remote workforce, a hybrid workforce, or where different parts of the business require different solutions. This session will provide best practices to ensure equity in the new world order. Participants will leave with an understanding of the research on how remote workplace or hybrid work affect DEI&J; how to evaluate and monitor the impact on your DEI&J efforts; and how these impacts are amplified if the right to work remotely is out of reach for lower-paid staff.
