Phil is an experienced Consultant in the EEO/AA field, specializing in Affirmative Action Planning, Disparate Impact Theory and analysis, Employment Discrimination Statistics and Compensation Analysis. He has supported countless clients through AAP development, audit support, and training. Phil is in his tenth year with Biddle Consulting Group and has prior data analysis experience in Real Estate Consulting and in London’s financial sector. Phil graduated from the University of London, Queen Mary’s College in 2003 and has lived in Northern California for over fifteen years. In his spare time, Phil is also a USA Rugby National Panel referee and travels the country to officiate his favorite sport.
