Rae Vann (Wayfair), James Sconzo (Core Triangle Consulting)

This presentation will: (1) examine the top missteps companies make in heading off, and responding to, consumer and investor concerns around EEO and DEI issues; (2) discuss recent headline-grabbing cases; and (3) provide strategies for maximizing DEI and EEO success and minimizing fallout from avoidable mistakes.
